Cheryl embarked on her nursing career later in life, following 19 years in retail management. She became a nurse in 2009 and joined Mount Regis in 2015, advancing to the role of Assistant Director of Nursing in 2018. Cheryl brings a diverse background in internal medicine and experience from a state psychiatric hospital.
