Lorlene joined Mount Regis Center in March 2013 as the Medical Records Clerk and transitioned to Director of Information Management and Facility Privacy Officer. Lorlene has over 40 years of experience in Information Management. Over the last ten years, Mount Regis Center has grown, and she continues to apply her experience in medical records, transcription, and business office experiences providing support to the Mount Regis Center direct care staff, patients, and our stakeholders. In addition, she ensures all patient records comply with the accrediting agencies and that the facility is within HIPAA compliance. Lorlene has a fantastic team to assist her in providing a variety of responsibilities and support to staff and patients as administrative clerks, receptionists, and auditors. She looks forward to continuing to witness, assist, and provide the best possible service and support to a recovery facility that has made a difference in so many people’s lives.
